1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to balivisagermany.com, operated by Juara Holding. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the visa consulting and facilitation services we provide (collectively, “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Juara Holding.
2. Scope of Services
Balivisagermany.com specializes in providing Indonesia visa consulting and application facilitation services for clients primarily located in Germany. Our Services include, but are not limited to, offering guidance on visa requirements, assisting with document preparation, reviewing application forms for completeness, and facilitating the submission of visa applications to the relevant Indonesian authorities or their authorized agencies. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information based on current regulations.
Crucially, we act solely as an intermediary and facilitator. We do not issue visas, nor do we have any authority or influence over the decision-making process of the Indonesian government or its immigration departments. Government approval of any visa application is at the sole discretion of the Indonesian authorities. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee the approval, outcome, or specific processing times of any visa application. Our role is to assist you in preparing and submitting the strongest possible application based on the information and documents you provide. Visa requirements, fees, and processing times are subject to change without notice by the Indonesian government, and we are not responsible for such changes.
3. Fees and Payment
Our Services involve two categories of fees: our professional service fees and government fees. Our professional service fees are charged for the consulting, advisory, and facilitation services we provide. These fees are separate and distinct from any visa application fees, immigration fees, biometric fees, or other charges levied by the Indonesian government or its authorized agencies (“Government Fees”). Government Fees are passed through to you and are subject to change by the government without prior notice.
All applicable fees must be paid in full before the commencement of our Services or the submission of your application, as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Payments can be made via accepted methods outlined on our website or invoice. Please note that our service fees are generally non-refundable once work on your application has commenced, irrespective of the visa application outcome. Government Fees are typically non-refundable by the government once an application has been submitted.
4. Refund Policy
Our detailed Refund Policy is available separately on our website. As a general principle, our professional service fees are non-refundable once we have commenced work on your visa application, including but not limited to, providing consultations, reviewing documents, or preparing application forms. Government Fees, once submitted to the relevant authorities, are also typically non-refundable by those authorities. We encourage you to review our full Refund Policy for comprehensive details regarding eligibility and procedures for any potential refunds.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, truthful, and up-to-date information and all required documents promptly. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you may lead to the refusal of your visa application by the Indonesian authorities and could have legal consequences. You must carefully review all application forms and documents prepared by us on your behalf before final submission to ensure their accuracy and completeness. You acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted rests with you. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable Indonesian immigration laws, regulations, and any instructions provided by the authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juara Holding, balivisagermany.com, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of the professional service fees paid by you to us for the specific service from which the liability arose. We are not liable for visa refusals, delays in processing by the government,
